Building Information Modeling
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a technological and methodological process that revolutionizes the design, construction and management of buildings and infrastructures.
It is based on the creation and use of a three-dimensional digital model that collects and integrates all the relevant information of a building or infrastructure throughout its entire life cycle, from design to construction, up to management and maintenance.
TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO THE PROFESSION
The studio has invested in technology to bring the client closer to the professional and simplify communication between both. There are various systems that allow this direct communication such as Teams, Google Meet, Zoom etc. but a lot has also been invested in VPN and Smart Working services. This is to ensure that the client can be reached and present at the project site without losing contact with the studio and the other clients followed.
